Portland, Indiana
From Ft. Wayne:
Take US 27 south into Portland. Turn
left at Arby’s in Portland
onto
Votaw Street
and continue east to fairgrounds.
From Dayton:
Take I 70 west to US 27 at Richmond. Take
US 27 north into Portland
and turn right at Arby’s.
Continue east
on Votaw Street
to fairgrounds.
From Lima:
Take I 75 south to Wapakoneta. Take Route
33/Route 29 west to Celina and
continue on 29
into Jay
County, Indiana. In Indiana, this highway becomes State
Road
18.
At US 27 in Bryant, turn left and go
south into Portland.
Turn left at Arby’s in Portland
and continue east on Votaw
Street
to
fairgrounds.
From Greenville:
Take Route 49 north to Ft. Recovery. Turn left at the flashing light at Route 119
and
go west through Ft. Recovery into Jay County. This becomes State Road 26 in Indiana.
Continue into Portland
to stop light at US 27 and
turn
right.
At Arby’s, turn right and
continue east to fairgrounds.
From Marion:
Take State Road 18 east to US 27 at Bryant. Turn
right on US 27 and
continue south into Portland.
Turn
left at Arby’s in Portland
and continue east to fairgrounds.
From Indianapolis:
Take I 69 north to State Road 67 at
Daleville. Follow State Road 67
around Muncie and then north on
67 to Portland.
Continue straight at Arby’s to fairgrounds.
From Kokomo:
Take State Road 22 or State Road 26 east to Hartford City. Between Hartford
City and Portland,
there are currently multiple detours. You
can get around these on the back roads,
but you may
wish to go north
on State Road 3 in Hartford
City to
State Road
18.
Turn right on State Road 18 and
drive on US 27 to Bryant.
Turn right on
US 27 and drive south into Portland.
At Arby’s in Portland,
turn left and continue east
on Votaw Street
to
fairgrounds.
