We take pride in offering quality and affordable spaces for community events and family gatherings. Below is our updated pricing:

  • One Restroom ($400/day, $100 Deposit)

  • 2nd Restroom ($200/day, $100 Deposit)

  • Round House ($200/day, $200/auction, $50 Deposit)

  • Industrial Building ($150/day, $200/auction, $50 Deposit)

  • Women's Building ($250/day, $350/4 days, $50 Deposit)

  • Farmers Building ($200/day, $240/auction, $50 for restrooms, $50 for tables, $100 Deposit)

  • Bubp Building ($300/day, $550/2 days, $600/week $100 Deposit)
